Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Give free estimates by traveling out to the customers house. Ask what the customer would like done. Walk around the property to get a general idea of what their needs are and provide pricing. And if the price fits within their budget set up a date to come out to provide the customer the service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I Have been doing Lawncare and Landcaping since I was seven years old. So I have been doing this for quite some time now. Never gets old. I love being outdoors and Mother Nature.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
My starting out prices are $50.00 and up.
How did you get started in this business?
I started cutting yards when i was just seven years old. When i got my drivers license the Business was handed down to me from my dad.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have dealt with all kinds of customers. Customers that a very strict and precise. They want their yard cut a certain way at a certain height and same day and time every time service is due. Then I have dealt with the Customers that a very picky and can seem to never please or pleasure them no matter what you try and do to make them happy to the customers who just want their yard cut and maintained just to look good.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
My best advice to give to a homeowner is don’t always go with the cheap guy. I have seen way to business bid me out by $10 to $15 and the customers goes with the cheaper pro.. Just because they are cheaper don’t always mean that they are better.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Think about what you would like done. Most pros like myself will get out and and give pricing on what you would like done and I will see other things that I would recommend that would need to be done as well to help the customers out.
