What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer; I give a short introductory about myself and how I started my cleaning services. I also get to know them and what they expect out of their cleaning. Making the new customer feel as comfortable as possible is my ultimate goal. I then take a walk through and point out major cleaning task that are a must. After the walk through I go over quote and add or take away what ever is needed for cleaning.
