I will email/text/call them, talk to the customer about what kind of services I offer and to identify the services that they need. Then process to set and confirm a date and time for services.

Well I have worked with low buget/high budget clients. One time service,recurring service, move-ouit/move-in, even commerial clients. Also with pets/no pets.

My very first client I have. I build a business relationship with, doing her cleaning and she is still using me. awsome!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Always ask for a quote with details so you will have an ideal what you are paying for. and be pacific in what the services you are needing. And be honest about the size and condition of your home.
