I myself have been in the industry for over 17yrs and have experience in all aspects of the industry. As far as my business is concerned, I try to provide a more personal approach rather than the turn and burn/onto the next one mentality. I'm very detailed when it comes to aesthetics and overall finished product and like to tell my customers that if you did have to contact me back it would be to add something not to need something fixed that I'd already installed or repaired. I am physically hands on for every job I schedule from start to finish.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I personally come out on all estimates and am more than happy to answer any questions in relation to job and discuss various methods in order to save the customer $ if on a budget for the job. After coming out I'll type up a very descriptive estimate discussing what is to be expected from myself/contractor in relation to work being performed and payments/deposits if required.
