What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We tailor our services to exceed expectations. Ideally, I personally meet the customer at the property and we do a walk-through. (However, modern schedules being what they are, we are happy to accommodate anything from a "standard service request" to a phone, text or eMail interview.) I will then generate a free estimate based on the customer's goals and unique needs, and we will book a service appointment. Just let us know how we can help!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed my 1st lawn care job 30 years ago working for my uncle. As the head of Team BoomerAng LifeScapes and an experienced Project Manager, I apply those principles to every job. Our investment in top-of-the-line professional equipment, kept clean and well maintained, is supplemented by regular attendance at industry events, trade shows and learning seminars. We stay on top of the latest developments and advances in the industry so that you can rest assured that your outdoor space will continue to be a place you want to be!

Our prices are based on the customer's needs and specific requirements. We don't rely on a "cookie-cutter" approach, rather, we tailor each service to maximize our clients' return on investment.
How did you get started in this business?
Moving to Augusta in 2018, I immediately fell in love with the beauty of the area. I knew I could take my lifetime of experience in lawn care and combine that with my background in IT and Project Management to contribute to the development of this great region.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Team BoomerAng LifeScapes has worked with residential and commercial customers, as well as real estate agents and property management companies. We have done storm clean ups, cleared downed trees and revitalized landscapes while preparing properties for the market. We have designed and installed landscaping and greenery in advance of rental season for the golf tournament, worked with customers to freshen up and reinvigorate their lawns, trimmed branches and hedges and of course, mowed, trimmed, edged and blown leaves in everything from the smallest postage-stamp sized yards to large estates. Describe a recent event you are fond of.
At a recent cleanup, our team found and restored a beautiful outdoor patio that was hidden under years of leaves and overgrowth. The owners didn't even realize it was there!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
You want your lawn and outdoor spaces to reflect not only your tastes, hobbies and leisure activities, but your personality. Making sure the team that cares for and maintains your landscape is professional, dedicated and diligent can be the difference between a yard that is just "adequate" and one that stands out from the crowd.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Communication, especially at the outset, is key to a productive relationship. Make sure you take the time to lay out not only what you want done, but anything you DON'T want done.
