What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When possible I prefer to look at the trees in person to explain to the customer and be more accurate with the cost. Then if we agree on the job we take care of it. Usually within the next 2 to 3 business days sometimes the very next day. 😁
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
43 years of experience my father started the company in 1978. Me and my brother now run the business. We specialize in dangerous trees, emergency jobs with trees on the house. But we do it all. We have a dump truck, chipper, bobcat, stump Grinder, three pick up trucks and three trailers. Look up Mark Garrett on Facebook we have a lot of videos that I shot of us doing tree work. Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
It all depends on the job and how dangerous it may be or whatever obstacles we have to overcome like being next to the house. We averaged $400 an hour with a full crew and most of the equipment being used.
