Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I let the customer tell me what they are trying to achieve, then I ask them when they are available for me to look at the project to give them an estimate. If it is something I can do with out physically going to the property, I ask them to send me a picture. I give them the price, after I view the pictures. If I do have to go out to their property, I schedule a time with them, then call them the day before the appointment. I try to wear my company logo shirt when I meet new clients so I usually do all my estimates in one day, if possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
