When a new customer contacts Bowen's we collect their information and explain what the process is to get their problem fixed in a timely fashion.

Bowen's has been in business over 30 years. Everyone here is certified and licensed. 

Licensed and certified by the state to operate a business in Georgia. Certified by Environmental Health.

We have a standard pricing for pumping septic tanks. There are two standard sizes of tanks issued by Georgia building codes: 1000 gallon tank & 1500 Gallon tanks are the two sizes that a tank may be installed at a residential home. Homes with four bedroom or more with a garbage disposal will have a 1500. A home with 3 bedrooms or less without a garbage disposal will have a 1000 gallon tank.

Pricing :

1000 Gallon Tank - $375

1500 Gallon Tank - $475

What types of customers have you worked with?

No customer is the same. Our customers will all have a septic tank systems inclusive with their home or will be on municipal sewer. 

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Make sure to get a entire cost upfront. Do not let anyone take advantage over you because you are not familiar with the industry. 

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

What will be needed to repair their issue and a flat cost.
