What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

1. We first assess your company's particular need or your individual need.

2. We then review the premises to calculate proper approach to successfully complete the job.

3. Notary/Signing services we review the documents then execute the proper procedures to certify/verify each specific form at a agreed fee.

4. We then meet with all involved parties to the project, inform them of our assessment then present our proposal.

5. We believe in saving our owners money so we always like to present alternative ways to get the same result but at a cheaper price (if available).

6. Once everyone is comfortable and the offer is accepted and all terms considered and written we now have a contract.

7. We begin the project!

How did you get started in this business?

Have a passion for seeing our customer's smile or even cry after seeing that project they kept in their head for years, come to fruition. That is the ultimate goal and good business practices are mandatory with us!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We've worked with small business owners, incubators, home owners, residential projects, commercial projects and we even had to co-counsel other businesses with project management e.g. blueprint drafting to assist other companies to get permits approved after their failed attempts!

These are true stories we are a small family based multi-service contracting company! We do the extra stuff that our competitors aren't experienced to do.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

We have an extensive amount of notary contracts with other companies that is active right now. We are pretty busy!
