What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon arrival care cleaner/s will do a walk through of the house. Next, if you are paying by Zelle or check payment is to be rendered prior to the cleaner/s starting service. Once payment is made the care cleaner/s will start working until completion. Thenafter completion of the cleaning the care cleaner will do another walk-through of with you to make sure you as the customer are very satisfied. Finally, your booking agent will call you either the same day or the next day to see how was service.
