Completely Clean Maids was established in 2001 We work hard to exceed each and every customers expectation. All of our work is guaranteed 24 hours. If for some reason you are not happy we will return to reclean the areas that you are not happy with.

We love meeting new customers and seeing the smiles on their faces when we finish cleaning their houses. Their smiles make us happy to know that we are doing a good job of what we have been train to do. Because each and every customer is special to us and our goal is to clean to their satisfaction.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we find out if we are a good fit for ours customers. After we find that we are a good fit. We do our best to go over and above their expectations every time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have lots of education on cleaning. We are also a part of a lot of cleaning groups. Where most of the cleaners are very experiencies in the products. On the most part we have a pricing system. But price depends on what the customer needs.
How did you get started in this business?
Single mother needed income to support my twin sons. Needed some flexiblitly so I could take my children to school and pick them up.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with all types of customers. We have work with celebrities, We have work with film producers, We have worked with families with children etc...
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We have a passion for cleaning so all of our event are great. But we love when a customer calls us in 2 or 3 days. Telling us that the sold their house and they think it was because we did a great job cleaning it.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
To make sure that your cleaner is experience and know the products that they are using on surfaces. It is very important they know what to use on your counter-tops and hardwood floors. Just make should they are using right products. Make should you and your cleaner speak the same language. Because communication is the key. Make should you understand them and they understand you.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What they really want done. What they really want the cleaner to do. If they want more time to spend with family and friends. Having some cleaning help will help them free up some time.
