What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually gather as much information as possible from the customer to get a better understanding of how we can help to resolve thier computer related issues.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 15 years of experience and possess a great deal of technical knowledge. Mr. Hobbs has a Master's degree in Information systems from Virginia Tech and has several IT certifications.

We diagnose the issues with the customer and will fairly price according to the customers issues.
How did you get started in this business?
This has always been a dream of mine to assist customers by starting my own company. I have resolved people's computer related issues for years, and decided that I should go into business on my own to continue helping customers resolve their computer related issues.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked for a number of customers from home users, government, contractors, and churches.
Describe a recent project you are fond of.
We are diverse in all areas of technology, there is no computer issue that we can't solve. "If it's fixable we will complete the job."
