1. Finding out what the issue is first and what I come do to fix it
2. let them know what the price is for the service
3. Then setting up appointment for me to come out to fix the issue and getting the address

I worked at Archer management as facility manager / technology services for 10 Years and work with radiant systems, Bank of America and UCB these are the accounts that I worked on under Archer management which was bought out later by Oce.

How did you get started in this business?
Started out working with servicelive for my business and also with Best Buys with hanging their TVs and installing sound equipment and other electronics

Business and Home services such as hanging TVs installing Soundbars installing new printers, new computer, installing modems and routers other electronics
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
It was a case where I got a call and the customer told me that their computer was running slow so when I got there I started doing my follow through for detecting the issue. The computer was only slow when it got on the internet so the first thing I did was to do a speed test of the there internet service and discovered that the service was slow and I asked her to call her internet provider to find out what speed she was paying for. Come to find out she was not getting what she was paying for and before she had called me she had two other technicians that came out few months earlier. So the problem was not with the computer it's so it was that they was not getting what she was paying for at least 4 months. The customer is very happy to know it was not her computer but she was unhappy to find out that her service provider wasn't giving her the service she was paying for and also she was very happy that I found that out after she had other technicians over and she had paid them and it was not fixed
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Knowing what I know in this business of service
First of all I would tell them no company should not have a problem with giving you at least three phone numbers of customers they serviced previously
Second of all find out what the prices for the service if there's a Trip fee for the service and if there's a hourly charge or a flat fee Third last confirm time and date of the service call window

First Can I fix this problem myself?
What's the maximum cost I can pay for service?
How urgent do I need to service?
Is that something I need done right away or is that something I can wait a few days or weeks to have repaired
