My first visit here and these guys and gals were friendly from the moment I stepped inside from the cashier to the gentleman that helped me gather samples to purchase.

Flooring stores can be overwhelming with all the choices but these guys made it easy.

I like that their stock is in the floor so you can grab a piece to take home as your sample. You can grab a piece and take over to another to compare, you dont need to have an associate pull a sample from the back (like another store I visited). Note the samples are the cost of the piece but are returnable if you dont like or use them.

Also provided us with intermittent style advice from his experience which meant A Lot (ex. He initiated grout info, tips where to look-- apparently sample tiles have diff grouts we were considering--very very helpful!)

I am happy to say they are open. We needed ledger stone for a flip in Palm Springs to trim outdoor BBQ. Be able to return excess and any broken tiles is important to our biz. As we heading to the car the cart got away and the travertine slipped off and broke. Jaun came out and replaced it, which he did have to do. I asked him about the company and he lauded praise about the company, benefits and how they take care of there people. So glad to hear this as we have shopped there for years.

Update: we had to go to the store again, and this time Alexis helped us out. Oh my goodness, talk about very friendly, and very overall helpful! To everyone not just us who he was directly helping. As we were walking to a place, if he saw someone waiting or looking confused, hed ask them if they needed help, and if they did, then hed page someone. Would not slow us down at all, but quickly and nicely help others.

Loved the showroom and the amount of product that they had available. It was challenging during COVID-19 to find a place to visit. The associates were helpful and answered what questions I had. My bathroom stall turned out beautiful with the tile I purchased there.
