What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Asses needs, fulfill customers with exceptional service to detail. Set up specific times / dates where we can accomplish with the flexibility of the customers schedule to complete jobs in an orderly fashion. Always professional, yet personable.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15+ years on the job experience. And 20 years of keeping and cleaning my own house with kids.

All rates are subject to change, once we do a walk through and estimate we sometimes just charge for the task at hand.
Extras upon request and given time restraints:
-Cleaning inside of the oven/fridge -Washing/Drying & Folding clothes -Cleaning high-rise windows
Deep Cleaning/ Moving Clean Up/Out - $300 flat rate
Hourly House keeping every week or every other week - $30/hr
Monthly Cleaning - $35/hr

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I saw a man in a wheelchair waiting at the bus stop. It was raining and he had no umbrella, I pulled over and gave him my umbrella. Lord knows he needed it more than me.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Choose someone you feel comfortable and confident with. There is no way to trust someone so soon, but use your intuition in choosing wisely.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Communicate specifically what they want in detail before the service is starting.
Let client know to make notes. Within the notes if they can prioritize anything they have listed from most important to least important.
