I love to turn an overgrown, ugly lawn into a beautifully manicured lawn. When my customers are happy, I'm happy. That's what I love doing lawn care for a living. I had a customer just recently, her hedges were overgrown, her lawn was overgrown, I trimmed the hedges and mowed the lawn, when I finished, her property looked amazing, she was so happy, she sat outside on her bench for a while enjoying her newly maintained lawn and hedges. It made me feel great.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If I have a potential new customer, I will first try to contact them by phone. I will give them a free estimate on their lawn care job request. If the new customer accepts my quote, I will talk to them about what they expect, how they like their lawn mowed etc. what day of the week they prefer to have service and then I'll get the work completed to their satisfaction. If for any reason, a customer may be unhappy with something, I will make sure to keep in communication with them and fix whatever it may be they were unhappy with. If I for some reason they still are not satisfied, I will not charge them for that service.
