What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new customers, we like to set a time to meet with them at the site to be able to get all the job particulars, challenges and possible options and savings. Once we have gathered the necessary information, we will compose a personalized quote within 24-48 hrs. (depending on job size). We will then email the quote and follow up with a phone call to discuss the quote and answer any questions. If we are able to earn your business we will discuss the contract details, set a time to order the necessary materials and set a commencement date and a completion date. Note: Some jobs may require a "Permit" we are able to assist in that area as well. We are licensced by the State of Florida and insured with $2,000,000 liablility.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in this field since 1997, buying and selling investment properties selling wholesale and retail. I have worked with financial institutions for the building and remolding programs such as FHA 203 and 203k. We are always looking how to better serve our customers by staying updated on news procedures, building codes, materials and techniques.

As every job may seem similar but we found that every job is unique in its own way. We like to be fair with all our clients and prospective clients when pricing their job, so we take to personalized approach to assure accurate and competitive pricing for our customers.
How did you get started in this business?
I got started in the business in 1997, as a real estate investor, purchasing houses, rehabbing them and selling wholesale or retail. I have done over 25 houses at this time and in 2008 started providing my services to the general public under handyman services and expanded from there. No being able to provide most commercial and residential construction and repair needs.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with all types of customers. We work with the private home owners, investors, realtors, business owners, out of state landlords (owners).
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
We strongly suggest to get a minimum of 3 quotes when looking to hire a contractor. It's not always best to go with the least expensive quote, but the one the is reasonably price and showed a sincere concern for your needs and project. Also at times the contractor can offer special services such as material pick and delivery and a low cost or at no cost.
It is also good to get references from previous customers. Be sure to research the companies rating and customer satisfaction. It is best to go with a company like us that is licensed and insured.
