What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When the phone rings - WE ANSWER (as long as we are not physically occupied at that moment). If we do not answer, leave a message because we WILL call you back!! We schedule each time/date for estimates on a first come first serve basis and do not have a problem coming at your convenience (nights or weekends). Upon agreement of estimate, we can provide you with a hand written or emailed quote for you to accept and schedule a date for your project on the next available date.
How did you get started in this business?
We started out as a lawn and landscape company and ventured more into site services as it became more of a passion rather than cutting grass. Since our new journey, we have had the opportunity to work on small and large projects and enjoy the different tasks that each job may require.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with many customers of all races, ages and backgrounds. Small homes, large mansions, small business and large business.

ALWAYS check License and Insurance! Go a little further and check BBB and review their website (if they have one). Check ratings and reviews via Google and other home service websites.
