What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Choosing Chedder's Lawn Care LLC. is the easiest and best thing you can do. When you first reach out to us we will set up a date and time to meet our clients to see their vision and work to make it happen. It can be basic lawn care or a project you wanna get finished. We try to meet every client for two reasons. First reason is we want to interact with our clients to create more of a family relationship. The second reason is to hear your ideas and ask/answer questions to make your property look the way you dream.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I mainly work with homeowners but do work with some commercial bussinesses.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
If you are looking for a Lawn care service my best advise for you is to make a budget, plan out what projects you wanna get done, find a company that will be able to complete all if not most of your lawn projects, and make sure they reliable.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
They should set a budget. They should also see what services they want done through out the year so they can find a company that is able to knock those out through out the year.
