How did you get started in this business?
I started off doing new construction. That went very well, until they stopped building homes because of the depression. Then I went and cleaned residential, that was tough finding customers that could afford it on regular basis. Then I started cleaning offices, and there I found a hand full of customers at a low rate, and I did that for a quite a few years, then life turned around the economy started building up again where I can find customers that were willing to pay a higher price, I have been doing it ever since.
