I am very thourough and have a high attention to detail and and even higher exptation of maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction for any customer that I get the opportunity to provide my services to.
I enjoy having the abiltity to travel around a bit and that I get the opportunity to meet new people and experience a little bit of a new challenge each day. It is also really great to see the appreciation and satisfaction that customers have when the job is completed.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clear and timely communication is the first step that I take with any new or returning customer interested in my services. A ballpark estimate can be given If the customer provides enough information about which services they are interested in, along with a description of the property in need of cleaning. The customer can then decide whether or not they would like to move forward in scheduling a free estimate to receive a final quote. All final quotes will be delivered to the customer via email. Any appointments being made for an estimate or for services can be set by calling our office or submitting an email. Estimates will consist of itemized services with a description of the procedures performed in completing a specific cleaning task.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
13 years of experience cleaning windows and pressure washing both commercial and residential properties.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
For window cleaning the majority of jobs will be priced by a count of the total windows that are to be cleaned. A few other factors such as the style of window, moving of furniture or miscellaneous items in order to gain access to glass, and any type of glass restoration will be considered and included in the pricing for final quotes.
Pricing for pressure washing services typically are based on the square footage of the area that needs to be cleaned. Depending on how severe the build up of mold and/or dirt on a surface is, some properties may receive a higher priced final quote than another property with the same or similar square footage.
How did you get started in this business?
My career started out in Buffalo New York a few years after graduating high school. One of my close friends and a family member of his had started a window cleaning business and needed some help during their busy season.
After 2 summers of window cleaning in Buffalo, I decided to move to Florida so I could stay busy and work year round. I was a field manager working for a pretty big window cleaning franchise for quite a few years and more recently have been working with a company as an independent contractor and am fully licensed and insured with my own LLC in which I am actively seeking out new customers with the goal of working for myself in my own business.
