What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will give a free quote once I have seen the work the cusromer has requested and provide A+ Customer Service. I will be available for any questions before and after I am hired.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended a Trade School in New Jersey. However, I received all my training from my Dad. HE built and remodeled every house we lived in.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Yes. My hourly rate is $40 or negotiable.......depending on the situation. I bid by the job as well....again it depends on the situation. I am detailed and will explain all in my quote.
How did you get started in this business?
I was raised around it. It is my gift. It all comes natural.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all type of customers. I have work with homeowners and business owners.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would say....ask as many questions as possible. Do your research before you contact anyone so you will have and idea of cost and how long it wil take. Make sure the pro has great customer service skills. When I do a job someone...I treat it as I would want mine to be treated.

Timeframe to complete, cost of labor and materials, how long the pro have been doing this type of work, does the pro have insurance
