Responsibilities:

• Perform general home repairs and maintenance, including painting, drywall installation and repair, light electrical work, and plumbing repairs.

• Assemble furniture, fixtures, and equipment safely and efficiently.

• Remodel bathrooms, including tile installation, fixture replacement, and cosmetic updates.

• Diagnose issues, recommend solutions, and provide accurate project estimates.

• Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and effectively.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area during and after each project.

• Communicate clearly with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

• Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet agreed deadlines.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance technician, or in a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of painting, drywall, plumbing, and electrical repairs.

• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and technical manuals.

• Physical stamina and strength for lifting, climbing, and standing for long periods.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Good communication and customer service abilities.
