I pick up your system from your house, do diagnostics that are TOTALLY FREE FOR ALL CUSTOMERS. Then provide you a quote that includes parts and labor. It's a pretty great feeling to repair computers for customers with IT problems. Technology isnt aleays easy. But at least when it breaks someone like myself can fix it for you.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A customer can contact me through email, phone call or text. I usually respond within an hour. We then discuss the customers needs. We then come up with a plan to remedy their computer issuse. I do all of my diagnostics totally for free. Let me see the issue before any money is speant. Then I will take the system home or can meet the customer. (In the age of covid this makes things safer) After it's fixed I will return it to the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 25+ years of computer hardware hands on repair knowledge. I went to techincal college in Cumberland County. I also have an ExpertRating computer technician repair certificate.
How did you get started in this business?
From a young age video games were something I treasured. I moved on to computer games as a teen and started to use and fix computers. Repairing PCs or making gaming computers is my greatest passion in life!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
I honestly do ask a lot of my customers. I do this to be somewhat educational about the process/es being performed on their system. On the average system I will ask for any passwords. Any important documents that need to be saved or moved. What kind of budget my customer has for both parts and labor. What kind of time frame turn around needs to be; is this repair time sensative? Answering as many questions as needed before hand helps the repair or build process go so much smoother.
