I love pets! I am an animal lover, so going to places where there are pets, I am thrilled! I also love answering every question the client has and encourage them to new technology tools they have in their computers that they might not know of. In our service while the computer is processing reports, we like to educate the consumer to understand their computer better.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We rather the customer call so that Ivonne can put all the information needed prior to our visit, so that Carlos walks in with a game plan to accomplish the computer problem promptly.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Carlos is a A.S. Computer Science major, and A+ certified. All companies that we partner with, constantly give us up to date training and videos to be knowlegable of their latest products.
