I believe my work stands out because of the dedication I give to the task at hand and I tell the customers the truth, and I don't BS them. What I like about my job is that I get to interact with the client and see what his or her need is and once the issue is discussed and figured out, I get to work on solving the problem. I like the travel, you get to see different places, and get to know people in the area. This is very important, for me to work remotely on your computer, you need to have TeamViewer installed on your PC/MAC, so I could get in there and work with you to fix the problem.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for working with a new customer is that I'd want to know and this is my process before I take on any new job what the issue is with a computer and what the customer would want to have done on it.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
For Computer Repairs, that price will vary. For a complete repair on a computer (Desktop/Laptop), my rate is $75 per computer. For multiple computers, I do offer a discount for that.
How did you get started in this business?
I got started in this business learning computers from my family who are very good at it.
