What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to streamline our process as much as possible. The process varies depending on the job. We like to meet in person when possible to look at the job. We get detailed information on your project vision and then take notes on whats needed. We usually have your quote ready within 1-2 days (many times we are able to estimate on the spot). From there we contact you to go over the quote and send you a detailed email with the proposal. After that we set a date and give you an estimated completion timeline.
