What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is a consultation to assess what exact needs the client has. Consultations can be done in person with a walk around of the home/business or done virtually. Once a plan of action is decided and the cost agreed upon, we schedule the service. Upon completion of the service, the customer is invited to review their cleaner and schedule their next booking!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our trainers stay up to date on the latest of cleaning technologies.

Pricing varies based on the exact requirements, but all pricing is discussed and agreed upon upfront.
