What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon meeting a customer I like to start by contacting them at their convenience. I ask if they can send pictures of what needs to be clean. Or I can come by and give a free estimate for services. If the client accepts I will move forward with the services they're requesting by scheduling them an appointment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have more than 25 years of cleaning experience. There is no job too big or small for our company. I am also a Certified Nursing Assistant.
