What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to first determine the extent of their and their families needs. How often do we change out flowers, how often are you entertaining. What type of look do you want your home to have and how do you want your guests to feel. We strive to make our Clients comfortable and cared for. We want to take away their headaches and worry regarding the day to day management of their home and property.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied for years at University for landscape management and then turned to home management as I experienced our friends and acquaintences need for professional property management.
