Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Speak with them directly, ask exactly what they want done and if there are any specific things I should know to do. I bring my own cleaning supplies, and I can do any organizational tasks upon request. Hopefully can meet in person to do a walkabout, if not then pictures or a video of what they want cleaned, then we work on price, dates, and times.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have professional cleaning experience for over 20 years and I went to college for hospitality and tourism hoping to open up my own hotel/motel.
