First we see if they are eligible for a phone estimate, most estimates can be given over the phone as well as emailed their written estimate if need be. If they prefer in person estimates, then we schedule a time and day. Most estimates are done within a 1-3 day time period. We then figure out their goals of how they want their landscape design, for instance, to look. Jobs are usually started the same day as the estimate if the client is ready to start but on occasion it will be within the next 2 days if the schedule is already full. Deposits are sometimes required depending on the amount of materials needed to start the job.

I have been doing landscaping, trees, bushes, irrigation, as well as construction and concrete my whole life. I've learned along the way in the past 20+ years. Once I meet a client, they absolutely fall in love with my work and they are a client for life. No one seems to have the attention for detail as I do, and it is very important for me to make sure every detail of every job is perfect, even if the client is already satisfied withe the job.
