What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to spend minimum the first 15 minutes to get to know my clients and the area of work obtaining basic information, perform and estimate and then work on the job while keeping the client up to date in every step of the way.
Then, First thing first.
I always start with the bathroom just in case I need to used. Which rarely happens. Whit me, is no guess work. You know what exactly is going on around your home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I operate professionally.
My personal life education has teach me everything. Every day I take one hour before bedtime to research and read the new trends about housekeeping and cleaning. Also property maintenance as well.
Education and Training is very important part of what I do everyday. My education involves intense training in my own home, a environment where I learn and practice real world applications of different concepts in every aspect of what I do, learning the necessary skills to ensure the highest quality of service everyday.
I am an expert who collaborate with, and learn from other experts in the industry.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Time is money and money is valuable on this life. I am flexible, I like to work with my clients budget.
Pricing depends on factors such as distance, square footage, window size, dust, etc.
I can work by a flat rate or by the hour everything depends upon how hard the job's are going to be and which product are allowed to use. Some clients like "Green Service" others prefer Traditional Service.
"Green Service" is great for the environment but it will definitely take longer time.
"Traditional" is no that great but, neither to bad if we used right, also reduced the amount of work which it saves you time and money.
How did you get started in this business?
After almost died and spend 10 months in the hospital due to cancer and lose my job. Four years later, tired of been home because the treatment makes me to weak, I decided to do something about it. So I think of the things I could and couldn't do. So cleaning houses for my friends was the option most suitable for me, and that's how everything begins.
Now after two years I feel completely comfortable with what I do and looking for new clients to fulfill my dreams.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I am a EQUAL person.
I have no labels to explain my clients type. A client is a client and I respect them all equally. One way or another they are part of my life, good or bad.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
On my birthday, I have to clean a client house and my surprise was that I didn't clean at all. My clients have given me a surprise birthday party after serving them for the past two years. That was amazing.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Google search their names, look for reviews, etc.
Don't go to cheap, on my case the more you appreciate my work the more you get from me!
Also; we all forget something, no one is perfect.
