What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new costumer it is very important for me to allow the customer to get to know me. I like to come and view the home and learn about the customers home and things that are no touch areas.

How did you get started in this business?
coming into housekeeping I was in it because I liked the money that came with it. After doing it for a while and having the ability to meet new amazing people I started to love my job. I wanted to be able to give people that extra hand . I love helping and meeting new people
What types of customers have you worked with?
i have encounter people in hotel to condos and commercial clean. Most of my expirence comes from a personal business and I loved all customers that I interacted with.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I got a new container recently that wanted a deep clean then following with biweekly cleans. I met her and she was the sweetest women ever. Now I go to her every other week and we just have the best conversations.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
When looking for professionals I feel that something useful that could help pick who you want in your home is ask for references at least 2-3. Allows you to hear more about the person and how they clean give you a better idea if there a good pick for your home.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
How big the house is, number of rooms and bathrooms, what type of clean and just incase asked have an estimate of what you was looking around laying for your clean. Allows pros to work and get you a quote that is good for both you and the pro.
