Being in construction for 20 years has kept me sane. What I enjoy the most is seeing the end result of my labor. I take pride in my work and that motivates me to perform well and produce quality work. I know my skillset and my potential and enjoy living up to it. Also, every client, every project, and every day is fresh and new. There is never a dull moment in this industry.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 3 years of mechanical/architectural drafting experience. I am a proficient tabletop and computer savvy draftsman though I prefer drawing it on paper.
I have20 years of experience in residential and 10 years in commercial building. My skillset includes wood and steel framing, deck building, rafter framing, metal and shingle roofing(new construction or re-roof), concrete forming and pouring, window and door installation and replacement(any and all types, sizes, or values), iron frame erections, and much much more.
My field experience has given me the knowledge and wisdom mix of a structural engineer and architect with the understanding and expectatjons of a critical path short termed project coordinator.
There is always a solution to any problem that arises. There are definative saftey, quality, and production standards that must be met by all but only a handfull of men strive for perfection in every project and task at hand.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I do not use a standard pricing schedule for my projects because every client has different needs and expectations. I handle custom projects at custom prices and standard projects at standard prices. I strive to communicate and establish solid, long lasting customer relations.
I am always fair, open minded, and negotiable in pricing. I also enjoy giving major discounts for military vets, the elderly, as well as giving a helping hand to those in dire need.
How did you get started in this business?
I got started in this business at the age of 12 years old in Atlanta Georgia. It was summer, we were hanging blue cedar shake panels on a 3 story house on Peachtree street. My job was to carry the bundles of shingles up 3 flights and hand them out the windows to the workers on the scaffolding and walkboards. I wanted to use a nail gun so bad and seeing the progress of that job got me hooked. About a month later I was given my first framing pouches filled with all the goodies like a Swanson speed square, eastwing framing hamher, and fatmax tape measure. I've never truley looked back. Building has been the only thing that I remain passionate about no matter how long I do it.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Any and a types, old, young, outlaws, in-laws, law enforcement, City officials, first responders, single women, married couples, domestic couples, contractors, corporate businessmen, lawyers, bankers, Christian's, and family memenders. Customer relations is one of my favorite parts of running the business.
