What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet my customers face to face so they get a chance to see who I am. It's kind of a little interview for them so they can ask me questions and I can demonstrate to them that they can trust me into their home. I listen quietly to their needs and write down notes of what they want done, so that later on I can send them their estimate proposal.
