What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would schedule an appointment to walk the job and get all the details.
then I would but together an estimate and send them what Inpit together based upon the detail.
After they receive it I discuss the process and date we could start and when we would complete the work by.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a PM in big companies and have e gotten my experience in running g jobs and people through time. Attention to detail is my expertise.
