What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Start with friendly Greeting, listen to customer issues ,inspect and locate problem , estimate repair cost, and fix the issues.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
ASE Certified engine repair, Brake repair, diagnostics.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Normal price $45 per visit includes travel time and diagnostic time. Located in Winter garden and provide service within 20 mile radius.
How did you get started in this business?
Started as an apprentice mechanic in 1968. over the years working in different construction companies rose up to Senior maintenance foreman. Specialized in all aspects of engine repair gas and diesel. Have all tools and scanner to work on most engines.
What types of customers have you worked with?
General public house and vehicle owners and some corporations.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A vehicle came in with intermittent stalling problem, especially on a hard stop and go. I had to install a fuel pressure gauge taped to the winshield to find the time of stalling related to fuel pressure. A jilted boyfriend had poured water and saw dust into the gas tank.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Try to give as much information of the problem, vehicle make model year of manufacture. Equipment model and serial number helps.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
First collect your equipment's basic information, briefly explain the problem (problem occurs when hot or could).
