Hi my name is Rochelle and I am the owner of Quality Clean. I started in the cleaning business in 1997 when I helped my aunt open her cleaning company in Indiana. I recently moved back to my hometown of Orlando and am excited to grow my business!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer is booked I call 24 hours before appointment to confirm booking. During this call customer can give me any information as to what they need done and or instructions on how to enter home if customer prefers to not be home during cleaning
