What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first carefully read the customers request, then we verify we have all information needed to properly estimate a job,We contact the customer if any additional information is needed, we provide an estimate, we coordinate a day and time for the job completion and do a follow up visit or phone call with the customer to ensure satisfaction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 18 years of experience and highly trained technicians, we constantly send our technicians for up to date training and we licensed with the state and local county. We are CRC Certified Technicians, Carpet and Rug Institute SOA Service Providers.

How did you get started in this business?
I have been working on the textile cleaning industry for over 18 years, I worked for a large business prior to staring my own company and gin lots of experience during those years, I have also attended and participated in many trainings, trade shows and events to try and keep my company and myself up to date on all methods and technology.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with commercial customers for most of our years of experience, we started our residential division 2 years ago and have been pretty successful , We also work with many doctors offices , management companies and other professionals.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Estimate your budget, be specific of your needs , Hire a local contractors, and make sure their mutual understanding of all details in order to make the right decision as to who you hire.
