What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually receive all the information such as the size of house, number os bedrooms and bathrooms along with any special requirement in order to quote accordingly and appropriately. We spoke with the customer making sure we solve allof their doubts and wait for a confirmation. Once we have it we proceed to verify our schedule and set up the appointment in our system specifying all the details and everything that was agreed to keep everything organized. The customer receives a confirmation on their phone and the day before the cleaning they receive a reminder.We send our team the day and time agreed to perform the service that will be paid when it is finished only.and according to our guarantee policy if we receive a complain we send the team back for free to fix it.
