My services are one of a kind, I am an energetic, fast paced, motivated handy man who firstly listens to my customer. I work within your budget and am open to having a positive communative relationship with my customers too. I strive to make your dreams into a reality for years of enjoyment.
I enjoy the craftsmanship that comes out of custom projects; seeing the finished product come together. I thrive to create a relaxed, clean, healthy living enviroment for my customer. I studied in university construction site management and am skilled in masonary, electrical, as well as plumbing. I have well over two decades of experience underneath my belt and am very capable of completing projects that truly take creative thinking all within being up to code. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am available to speak via text, call, or/and email to open up communication and to schedule an official assessment. This is when the customer expresses what they are seeking and my initial assessment as to the process going to be involved.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated Turks and Caicos College in Construction Site Engineering.

My services are based on the technicality of the project; how extensive, technical and the risk associated with the project will determine the final cost. I pretty much base my pricing off of the total project versus an hourly rate.
