What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I recieve your request and in most cases can email a written estimate based on the details of the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 36 years experience in construction. I have had a long and satisfing career. Working as a superintendent in the drywall and framing industry. I spent years as a remodeler and subcontractor in the trades. Now I am a handyman in my later years serving all of pasco county with small repairs.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I charge by the hour @ 65.00 with a 2 hour minimum. I sell blocks of time like a 4 hour block.
How did you get started in this business?
I retired out of the construction field and got bored. So I decided to become a handyman and it has been non stop from there with many extremely happ customers.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with both residentail home owners as well as commercial properties and in some cases develope an on going relationship.

When hiring a handyman make sure your tasks stay in the relm of legal work for a handyman.

Before calling take a look at what you need done and give it a value. How long will it take and the compexity of the project.
