What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I like to get some basic information about the person and location of their current projects. Depending on the size of the project I like to meet with the customer at the project location and get a verbal idea or image of their goal. I like to put myself in the client's shoes and be as passionate about the finished product as they are. To me if you don't have the same vision as the client you will not have a satisfied customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
4 years experience in heavy equipment operations
10 years experience Building and Structural Construction
20 years experience in being social and customer satisfaction...I am always aiming to please and to be efficient!!
