What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Set a time and dte to meet in order to determine the job or problem specifications.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a Florida Certified Residential Contractor and also a Certified HVAC Technician.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

Our prices are based on the National pricing guidelines as published by Craftsmen Books.  We are within area norms and fair at all times.

How did you get started in this business?

I began as an electrician after completing a trades school course in electrical wiring.  We bought a couple of old houses and began remodeling houses. After years of working under another Contractor's license, I decided to study and take the State exam in order to earn my own contractor license.  I was awarded a Florida Certified Residential Contractor License in November 2015.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Typically, I work with home owners. But I have been employed by Investors, Property Managers, as well as other Contractors.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

I am very passionate about air conditioning (I love it). So I derive tremendous pleasure from solving A/C problems and sharing the knowledge and experience I have gained over the past 25 years. Building and remodeling are okay too.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Always hire a State Licensed Contractor! It may not always be the cheapest way to go but it is generally the safe way to go.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

1. Have you performed this service before?

2. Are you licensed?

3. Do you have State required general liability insurance?

4. How long will it take to complete the job?
