Judson Gambles is an experienced Project Manager, Air Conditioning Technician, and Florida Certified Residential Contractor (CRC1331600). He has the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups including Site Personnel, Subcontractors, Utilities, Public Officials and Management/Owners. Mr. Gambles has strong technical and business qualifications with more than 25 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial construction and a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He also has a working knowledge of various construction trades including asphalt and build-up roofing, drywall (hanger & finisher), carpentry (rough & finish), painter (airless sprayer), and HVAC service, installation, & system repair. This enables him to assess and identify structural problems as well as possible remedies.

How did you get started in this business?
I began as an electrician after completing a trades school course in electrical wiring. We bought a couple of old houses and began remodeling houses. After years of working under another Contractor's license, I decided to study and take the State exam in order to earn my own contractor license. I was awarded a Florida Certified Residential Contractor License in November 2015.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Typically, I work with home owners. But I have been employed by Investors, Property Managers, as well as other Contractors.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I am very passionate about air conditioning (I love it). So I derive tremendous pleasure from solving A/C problems and sharing the knowledge and experience I have gained over the past 25 years. Building and remodeling are okay too.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Always hire a State Licensed Contractor! It may not always be the cheapest way to go but it is generally the safe way to go.
