KT Concrete

Had a mixed experience, but in general was not happy with the service I received. The only upside is that the driveway and sidewalk I requested seem to look and function as expected so far. Pricing was average and in line with other quotes I got, however communication and clean-up were not as expected. The yard area around where the concrete was poured was left all torn up, and there is a huge concrete piece still sitting in my yard that I have to figure out how to dispose of. Granted, the slab being in the tear up zone was unexpected, but just leaving it without a dialogue was strange. That being that, I would have given 4 stars, however, he offered to help with another project, drywalling, mudding and finishing a large room. The project went 2 days over because they took another job in the middle of mine, they left everything unfinished with around 10-20 hours of work remaining, and left me with the responsibility of sanding and mudding areas. Every outlet hole was cut incorrectly, there is no taped joint around the ceiling line, I can see tape and screws in many areas, and parts of the drywall werent fitted properly causing them to buckle. It looked like this was the first time him and the crew had ever done this type of work. I was forced to finish without enough time to do it right, and had to paint it since this is a rental unit and I had a hard deadline they agreed to and couldnt meet. I will most likely have to have someone else come out and fix it, costing me a fortune. As soon as they got the check, they just left with no follow through and ignoring my texts asking if they planned to finish the job. I do lots of renovation work myself and find it despicable that someone would take no pride or ownership of a job like that.

After vetting several companies, We chose to go with KT Concrete on our 24x35 mono slab project. Kipp was easy to work with, and absolutely did what he said he would do and exceeded my expectation. On top of it, the price was very reasonable for the amazing job they did and the great crew who worked so well together...

I would recommend KT Concrete without reservation. I have a couple of projects to do over the next couple of years, and I will be using them for the projects.

Fantastic company! Bought a new house and had a patio scheduled to be poured for a patio cover by another company. That company was terrible and ended up saying they couldnt do it. I called Dee at KT concrete and he actually got the patio done 2 days later!!! Dee and his crew did an amazing job!! Worked from 7am to 530 pm making sure it was done right. Attention to detail was important and they did a perfect job! Even poured a sidewalk on the side of my house that wasnt even in the original discussion. I cant say enough good things about KT concrete. Workers all had great attitudes and never once showed fatigue or hostility. Amazing amazing!! Call Dee if you need it done right!

We had KT add a 3rd bay to our driveway, sidewalk around both sides and back of the house and add a 10x30 patio. They were fast, professional, did an excellent job and quoted us $1000 less then other companies!

Just had the pleasure of having our patio poured by Dee and his crew at KT. Dee came out a week ago to give us a quote. He was really respectful and on time. His quote was the most reasonable and he answered all of my questions. After my wife and I agreed on going with KT, I emailed them and a few nights later Dee asked us if we were interested in a last min appointment. I believe that they had another job that was pushed back. We agreed and by 7:20 am the next day they were in our backyard setting forms and double checking our plans. I cant believe how hard, fast, and professional they all were. By 3pm they were cleaning up and our patio and walkway was amazing! We were so impressed. I highly recommend these guys they do great work and have reasonable quotes.

Dee came the evening I contacted him to request an estimate and he made a favorable impression on my husband and I. They were really busy catching up on delayed work after a series of rain storms, but were still able to fit us in within the time frame needed, and completed the job in 2 days. We really appreciated the professional, courteous, quick and reasonably priced work done by Dee and his crew. They put in a 35x15 stamped concrete patio, and now we really enjoy our back yard! Thanks guys!
