We do not have a standard pricing system as most circumstances are different. Form information we have gathered and our experience it is always best to talk directly with our customers and find out what the real issues are and get a Hands-On look at the situation before pricing jobs.
How did you get started in this business?
I got started in this business developing web pages and writing HTML code for another business I was involved in. That led me to a more technical side and the communication aspects of point A and point B! I discovered that I liked the networking side of computing and went down that road.

Describe a recent project you are fond of.
We recently worked with Summit greens in Winter Garden/Clermont on rewiring their sound system for their entire internal and pool area. We also have worked with cedar Bay Veterinary Clinic installing a new phone system, switch and firewall solution for their entire Veterinary Clinic.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
It's not just about the money and you need to think long-term. Short-term Solutions sometimes lead to long-term problems find someone you can trust and stay with them.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
The answer of "I don't care as long as it works" is a philosophy you should avoid. We believe that you need to have a handle on your network and computer system environment. You need to know your passwords and if your backups are working. You need to know where your data is being stored and if the hard drive is actually attached to the device. You need to understand that when it gets down to it it is your responsibility to make sure that these areas are secure. So when speaking to a computer company you should ask questions about redundant backups, backup and Disaster Recovery plans. Phone services and systems represent your company, is your phone system sharing the correct image and first impression you are happy with? These are just some of the questions I would consider.
