What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will come to your home or place of business and run a thorough diagnostic to give you an accurate FREE estimate. Depending on the problem we can perform the work onsite or if the work is going to take longer than 3 hours (actual or estimated) our technician may request to take your computer back to our shop to complete the repair. For your convenience, we offer residential customers pick up and delivery service at NO EXTRA CHARGE.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are friendly, professional and knowledgeable because they are all trained and fully certified in the industry's leading technologies with companies such as Microsoft and CompTIA.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Our pricing is simple. For residential customers, we charge one FLAT RATE to cover all labor fees, however the cost of parts is extra. Commercial business, government, educational and non-profit customers we charge a HOURLY RATE for labor the plus the cost of parts, travel and expenses. Allow us to go onsite to your home, home office or place of business and we will run a thorough diagnostic on your computer to give you an accurate FREE estimate.

I am a very patient person that enjoys helping people solve their problems. I will answer all your questions and show you how to use all your devices. I will make sure you are comfortable and knowledgeable with all the technology that you own
What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common types of repairs we do are virus removal as well as replacements of cracked LCD Screens and broken keyboards on laptop computers. Unfortunately laptop computers are always getting dropped so we do many LCD Screen replacements OR someone will spill a drink on their laptop keyboard and we will need to replace it. These replacement parts are very specific to the brand and model of each laptop computer and in most cases will need to be ordered to professionally complete the repair.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We get many service calls from people getting hit with the ransomware virus. It takes our technicians significantly less time to fix your computer if you have a BACKUP of your data.
