New customers are provided time to describe the work to be done, clarify any questions, and understand what is being done.

I hold a bachelors degree in supervision and management for public safety, have completed a pool operator certification, many on-the-job lawn care, handyman, and landscaping experiences.

Make sure you're comfortable with the professional. That you're able to ask all of your questions. And that you're content with the prices. They should explain what they are going to do, and that they are available for any followup if needed.
