Usually we take the basic information over the phone or email, entailing what is going on with the computer or electronic equipment.
After getting a brief rundown on what's going on with the equipment within tell the customer roughly what we believe it would cost to repair.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a former vice president of IT Security for Microsoft for over 15 years.
I hold an MCSE, MCP, A+, N+ , CCNA and CCIE in security.

Commerical Businesses $95 per hour
Non-Profit or other 501c3 $65 per hour
Home users for standard use $45 per hour
Support bundles and project pricing is also available at incredible savings.
